Incorporating bodywork and mindful practices to enhance physical and mental well-being and connection. This is a holistic, bottom-up approach. Through listening to your needs, a programme will be created that will work especially for you.

SOMATICS & YOGA = BODY MIND CONNECTION
Thomas Hanna coined the term "Somatics" from the Greek word for "living body." He noted how lifestyle or injury could alter movement or posture, potentially causing sensorimotor amnesia leading to a compromise in movement and breath or even chrinic pain. Somatics incorporates mindful movement and using pandiculation to retrain the nervous system and develop movement muscle memory. "Soma" refers not only to the physical body but to a fully conscious, aware organism. Through postpartum body awareness and tuning into felt experiences, you can be with your body’s wisdom, promoting healing and balance. Yoga Therapy uses the tools of yoga such as breathwork, meditation and movement within the framework of ancient modals such as the chakras to design a personilised program that best fits a person's interests and needs. I combine both techniques to empower you on your way to better health and well-being.
WHAT TO EXPECT

The first session is 90 minutes and after that each session is an hour long. The first session is longer as we will go over a very detailed health form with goals and priorities that I'll ask you to fill out before we begin. Each session starts with checking in and from there we may start doing some movement practices, mindful or somatic practices or something else that may appropriately help you move towards your goal.
BOOKING OPTIONS

Option one:
Book 5 sessions
Sessions are usually every other week and last between an hour to ninety minutes.
You will be given practices to do between the sessions and are able to contact me for support if needed.
Investment: I work on a sliding scale:
Full Price: 325€
Lower Price: 275€
Option two:
Commit to a nine month program and experience sustainable changes.

Committing to such a long timeframe will allow the practices you'll learn during our time together to become daily habits, leading to a healthier lifestyle.​

Personalised Guidance: You’ll receive customised support, with a longer time together the practices will become more and more tailored to your needs as we form a deeper working relationship.

In-depth Learning: You’ll have the opportunity to explore topics in-depth, deepening your understanding of wellness and personal health.
