CONNECT & RELEASE
MAY 2025 YOGA RETREAT 8th-12th
Nestled in the serene embrace of the Spanish Pyrenees, this yoga retreat offers an unparalleled opportunity to reconnect with nature and yourself. Surrounded by majestic mountains and lush landscapes, this retreat center is a sanctuary for those seeking tranquility, healing, and a deeper connection to the world around them.
A Sanctuary of Wellbeing and Peace
Casa Cuadrau is lovingly managed by individuals dedicated to nurturing nature, wellbeing, and inner peace. Karma yogis play an integral role in the daily operations, infusing the space with positive energy and mindfulness. As a participant, you are invited to join in this sacred flow, embracing the opportunity to contribute and learn.
Mindful Silence and Connection
To deepen your experience, we observe a practice of mindful silence. One meal each day is shared in silence, allowing you to fully savor the flavors and your inner world. Additionally, silence is often encouraged during our guided mindful walks, offering you the chance to connect wholeheartedly with both yourself and the natural beauty surrounding you.
Nourishing Vegetarian Cuisine
The cuisine is a celebration of love and health, with delicious vegetarian meals thoughtfully prepared three times a day. While coffee is not available, a variety of teas and a delightful breakfast chai are offered to nourish your body and soul. Every meal is an opportunity to taste the care and mindfulness that goes into its creation.
Embrace the Majestic Mountains
The towering presence of the Pyrenees mountains serves as a powerful backdrop to your practice, helping you delve deeper into your yoga journey. This retreat is more than a getaway; it is an invitation to find inner calm and groundedness that will stay with you long after your time here.
Join us in this unique retreat, where nature and practice come together to create an experience of profound connection and transformation.

Questions & Answers
Do I need to be a confident yoga practitioner with years of experience behind me to attend?
Absolutely not! It may help to attend a few classes before coming but so long as you can breathe you can do yoga.
How many people will be on the retreat?
There will be 13 including myself in our group. There will be Karma yogis on site helping around the venue who may join in on our sessions.
I have certain dietary requirements, will these be taken into account?
A form will be sent in advance asking you to note any allergies or anything we should know. The food is vegetarian wholesome and with a nod to Ayurveda.
Please be advised that alcohol and coffee are not offered on this retreat.
Do I need insurance?
The guides are covered to take us for guided walks but any walks on your own are not covered by the venue therefore it's advisable to take out insurance.
I want to come for some time out but not very comfortable sharing with others.
This is a light hearted retreat where you can go as deep into your practice as you like. Boundaries will always be respected.
Is it possible to get to the location via public transport?
The venue is in a remote area of the Ordesa National Park. The closest town is Huesca about 40minutes away. It requires driving to the area but if you are not coming by car let us know and we can work something out.
