​A space where you can just be you whilst learning useful somatic and yogic tools to help re find or remain centred.
A space to move, discover and share.
We'll explore tools to understand and navigate the nervous system to help with familiar issues such as anxiety, doubt, sleep and fatigue along with physical exercises to support the breath and the body.

Friday afternoons, starting February 7th until June 27th
Time: 14h - 16h France/ 13h-15h UK time

Groups are limited to a maximum of eight people.

252€ for the whole course. You can pay fully, or in 3 instalments.
