2 Handy inner thigh strengtheners for pelvic floor health.
Two handy exercises I learnt on my recent training, Postnatal rehab with Amy Fergus Fuller.

Both exercises help strengthen the inner thighs which can help to correct the alignment of the feet if you have started walking with the feet externally rotated which in turn can help support and engage the pelvic floor. These are not restricted to postnatal issues, these exercises can help with preassure issues in the pelvic floor and lower abdominals. When I mention pressure issues I'm talking about prolapse, leaking, pelvic discomfort as well as finding ot difficult to engage/ feel the lower abdominals. This second exercise is more challenging but in regards to strengthening the inner thighs it does the same thing however it also strengthenes the serratus anterior which can help us with any issues in the upper abdomen.
