So far, we have a flow class focusing on the dances of the diaphragms. What's the link between the breath and the pelvis?
A restorative on ways to gently release the connective tissues of the body to improve our quality of breath.
Wall yoga, using the support of the wall to help our tired legs after a mammoth hike (if you choose to come on the hike) if not wall yoga for your pleasure. Focusing on how and where we're breathing into.
A daily morning pranayama and meditation practice and the list could go on

At the moment, I'm drawing inspiration from the book Body by Breath from Jill Miller. It's an amazing book that explains the physiological and emotional link with our breath, it's a great connection between the ancient teachings of yoga and more recent scientific research.
